How do I track my order?
If you have chosen tracked shipping you can initially track your package through the An Post website, until it reaches your country (if international) at which point the tracking number will work with your own postal service's tracking options.
What are your delivery options?
I offer a standard delivery rate for affordability, or you can choose to upgrade to Registered Shipping to insure and track your parcel. For domestic orders standard shipping is free over €50, and registered is free over €100. For international orders standard shipping is free over €75.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes! Shipping starts as low as €4 on international orders. Standard Shipping is free on international orders over €75.
What is your returns policy?
I accept returns for any reason for up to 14 days, however the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
For faulty/damaged items please contact me and we can sort out a refund or replacement.
I cannot accept returns on custom orders due to the nature of the items.
